Cool Places to See Flowers: Devonian Botanic Gardens

For me, this place is close to home! The Devonian Botanic Gardens, located just 15 minutes from Edmonton Alberta is 190 acres of natural areas, ecological preserves and display gardens. Open from May to October, this place is a haven for natures beauty.

There is so much to see here you need to plan a visit for the entire day, or better yet spread your time here over a couple of days. You’ll need the time to see it all!

A stop at the gift shop is required especially if you are looking for some unique and unusual plants to take home! They also offer natural handmade creations at the Crafters Workshop, a patio concession and guided tram tours.

No trip to Edmonton is complete without a visit to the Devonian Botanic Gardens!
